Shredding Future

Part two of a series of two EPs, Reken Harvest could be considered the "good" twin born from AESTATE's progressive electronica factory. A collection of old tunes - new born ideas are the core of this release, drawing influences from a very ecletic variety of places - Reken Harvest is a strangely beautiful mutant of constatly shifting beats and soft melody that defies characterization. Perhaps one of the most intriguing aspects of AESTATE's dominating and overwhelming sound, is the accurate use of old school aesthetics when building up the melodies, which certainly helps and creates a certain acception for when the hard beats rape your ears. This game of contrasts works wonders and is once again proof that this old IDM technic never grows old. But fear not glitch freaks, there's plenty of glitchery and odd noises flowing around to feed your needs for braindance. The first part of the series, Dominion Empire can be found at www.digitalkunstrasen.net. Get both to have an idea of the wide range of music that AESTATE can produce.
